This is a quick and easy recipe that can be made in big batches and served as an appetizer or main course. Instructions
1. Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a non stick pan.
2. Add ground chicken and mix it until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes. Season with pepper and ginger, to taste.
3. Add scallions, water chestnuts, and soy sauce. Mix well.
4. Serve on iceberg lettuce wraps and dip in teriyaki/hoison sauce (or drizzle 1 tbsp of sauce on each lettuce wrap).
